Most agencies give you a project manager who doesn’t code and a developer who doesn’t design. I do both. Parcel Digital is a solo studio by design—one person who owns your project from the first wireframe to the final deployment.
I started my career in UX design, obsessing over how people actually use software before I ever touched a codebase. That background shapes everything I build. I don’t start with architecture diagrams or tech stacks—I start with the humans who will use the product every day. The technology exists to serve their workflows, not the other way around.
I focus on PropTech because real estate is full of operational problems that generic SaaS tools ignore. Property managers juggling spreadsheets. Investors logging into three different portals. Maintenance teams stuck on paper forms. These are the kinds of problems I solve—custom software built around the way your team already thinks.
Being a solo studio is a feature, not a limitation. There are no handoffs between departments, no junior bait-and-switch, no game of telephone between you and the person writing the code. You get direct accountability from someone who takes personal pride in every project.
