Most of it, over time, not all of it on day one. The free systems audit maps every tool you pay for, and the ones your process bends around get folded into one system, one at a time. Tools that genuinely work (accounting is the usual example) stay, and we integrate with them instead. No compromise in either direction.

Yes, in writing. Every line of code delivered and paid for is yours, and it lives in accounts you own: your GitHub, your cloud, your billing. If we parted ways tomorrow, you'd keep everything.

Tell us what's broken, or just walk us through how work flows through your business. We map where the operation leaks money, show you exactly what we'd build first and what it replaces, and put a flat monthly number on it. Free, in writing, before you pay anything. And if the honest answer is “keep the tools you have”, that's what we'll tell you.

How fast do we see something working?

Week one. The first working version of your system goes up in the first week, and new software ships every Friday after that. You watch the system take shape instead of waiting six months for a big reveal.

Why monthly instead of a big project quote?

The typical agency quotes $50K+ up front, disappears for six months, then bills by the hour for every change. Monthly keeps us on the hook: one flat number covers design, engineering, hosting, security, maintenance, and changes, and the cost spreads out while the system starts earning its keep.

No. Small and mid-sized businesses are exactly who we build for. We handle the design, the engineering, the hosting, and the upkeep, so you never need an IT department. And if the audit says your current tools are genuinely fine, we'll say so and send you on your way.

What if we want to keep some of the tools we use?

Keep them. If a tool earns its place, the system we build integrates with it instead of replacing it. We consolidate what makes sense and connect the rest. The goal is one system that fits your business, not a purge for its own sake.

No. We're a Las Vegas studio: real people, one time zone, a direct line to whoever's doing the work, and we build for small and mid-sized businesses anywhere in the US. The work happens over screen shares either way.

What if Parcel disappears tomorrow?

You'd keep everything. The code lives in accounts you own (your GitHub, your cloud, your billing), so nothing we build is hostage to us existing. Any engineer could pick it up and keep going. No hostages, ever.
