Parcel Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates parceldigital.io. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.

Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site or message us through the chat widget, we collect what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your project. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Vercel Analytics) that collect standard usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and this usage data is aggregated — it doesn’t identify you personally to us.
We also set our own first-party cookies that remember how you found us — for example, which ad, search, or campaign brought you here — for up to 90 days. If you later contact us, we attach that information to your inquiry so we know which of our ads actually work. And if you submit a form, your email address is shared with Google in hashed form (a format that doesn’t reveal the address itself) to measure which ads lead to real inquiries.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not buy leads, and we never share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your phone number — through a form on this site, in a chat conversation, or by calling or texting us — and agree to be contacted by text, we may text you to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a conversation, or coordinate work on your project.
- Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or email us at ops@parceldigital.io.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and communicate with you. They process your information only on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:
- LeadConnector (HighLevel) — powers our messaging inbox for calls and texts
- Resend — delivers transactional email, like the confirmation you receive after contacting us
- Notion — stores inquiry details so we can track and respond to your project
- Vercel — hosts this website and provides site analytics
- Google — provides analytics and advertising measurement, including hashed-email conversion measurement as described above. Your phone number is never sent to Google.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Parcel Digital or others.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we’re working together or reasonably need it for our records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
Your choices and rights
- Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Text: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Access and deletion: email ops@parceldigital.io and we’ll tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be noted here rather than buried.
